How long have you been providing these services for?  What are your and your consultants’ credentials?
Gen-i has been providing all of the above services for over seven years.  Our network consultants have extensive industry experience across multiple organisations in many industries.

Who have you done this for before?
We have provided these services for clients in both Australian and New Zealand. 

What is your work based on?  What is your approach?
Although not certified for all of our customers we strictly adhere to working to an ISO 9001 framework and processes.  We utilise a standard Gen-i project management methodology based on PMBOK.

Do you only deal with strategy or technology as well?
Our work deals with both. Our approach ensures that we determine strategic direction in consultation with the business and then deploy the relevant technology to realise the desired business outcomes.

What implementation capability do you have?
We have worked with a variety of network related disciplines and technologies and as such we are careful in the selection of the vendors we partner with. Our technical and operational staff are trained in and certified to design, implement and support such technologies and services and we are constantly updating our skills in order to stay current.

Are your consultants Australia / Sydney based?
Our engineering and support consultants are predominantly Sydney based, however we can leverage off our capability in New Zealand to offer trans-Tasman services.
