Shane joined Telecom Group in 2001 as Southern Region Manager for TCNZA - he has worked across many of our largest customers with a strong focus on the Trans Tasman sector. In July 2005 Shane was appointed to the role of Head of Trans Tasman, leading a dedicated team focussed on our major customers in this segment.  From October 2006, Shane has been Head of Sales and Marketing Australia.

Prior to joining Telecom, Shane spent 5 years with UCMS, a leading provider of CRM solutions encompassing outsourcing, systems integration and consulting services. His last role at UCMS was General Manager - Client Services, where he was responsible for the relationship, profitability & growth opportunities across the major clients. Shane has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries working in the UK and Australia.

Shane holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney and is currently completing his MBA.
