Sally heads up the Client Delivery team in New Zealand which includes Service Desks, Operations, and dedicated Client Services Managers and Service Delivery Managers – all organised around assigned clients. This enables us to truly differentiate our service experience by ensuring a strong understanding of our clients’ business and to maintain the relationships required to deliver against our commitments.
Sally initially worked in the Banking and Finance industry – primarily servicing the corporate and large enterprise segments in a range of functions spanning Treasury, Sales and Operations. Sally’s first role at Telecom was in the Complex Service Provisioning area; from heading this group for Auckland she moved to Marketing as Product Manager for our Managed Data and Voice Services. With the formation of the Wired Division Sally led Product Management and Development for Business and Consumer Data products, and established the Operational Excellence programme for the Business Unit.
Prior to joining Rhoda’s team late 2006, Sally was Head of Managed Services – a role which led the Service desks and service support for our Telco deliverables to Enterprise and Corporate customers and was part of the Organisational Reorganisation team for the Business SBU.
