Paul O'Donohoe is Head of Growth, Strategy, Marketing and Brand, responsible for the development of go to market solutions for Gen-i clients. Prior to appointment in this role, Paul was the primary Gen-i interface for voice and contact centre technologies and services, specifically owning P&L, strategy, service development, projects and operational delivery.
His ability to facilitate and drive development of strategies, technology solutions, and fault resolution has been demonstrated through his roles in both service management and problem management for all major incidents. He started in Gen-i managing the initial call centre program of work for CBA in 2001. This role included vendor, business and partner management and issue resolution.
Paul has an excellent grounding in the ICT arena, with over 20 years in the IT&T industry, starting in IT engineering, programming and security administration roles within the ATO.
He has extensive experience in consulting and management roles, with a focus on service and product development (marketing, strategy, development, partnering). Paul also spent a period as programme manager for both the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and Westpac before joining Gen-i.
Paul has tertiary qualifications in Management, Project Management and Information Systems.
