Mark was appointed Head of ICT Solutions Gen-i Australasia in December 2007. In this role Mark is focused on leading the Australian ICT delivery teams in the development and implementation of solutions to the Groups key corporate clients in Australia. Prior to this Mark held a variety of roles in both Gen-i Australia and AAPT, leading the Enterprise Technology group and Product and Solution Engineering areas. Mark joined the AAPT group in April 2000 as Director of IT in Connect.com.au, responsible for Software Development, Operations and Internet Infrastructure.

Prior to joining AAPT, Mark was VP of Technology at UCMS from 1995 to 2000.

Mark has extensive experience in a variety of ICT disciplines, from managing software development and IT operations, to network engineering, customer service and operations. Previously Mark has worked for organisations including Sussan Corp and Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Melbourne University, and a Master of Information Systems from Swinburne University of Technology.
