Mark Bennett is the Head of Professional Services, responsible for an outstanding team of ICT professionals that work with Gen-i customers to provide ICT Consulting and Design services, Project Management Services, and ICT Engineering Services. Mark joined Gen-i in 2007 and has worked across the organisation in aligning ICT service propositions to customer business needs.

With over a decades experience in ICT management positions, Mark has worked across a variety of public and private sector organisations focusing on the delivery of ICT services into the enterprise. This included leadership roles with solution providers, technology vendors, and customer IT teams within New Zealand, Australia and the United States. As CIO for a local government organisation in Colorado, Mark led an IT team that drove convergence and collaboration programmes across 60 disparate business units. This culminated in an extensive ICT infrastructure transformation program.

This broad base of experience has provided insight around some of the key challenges and benefits faced in applying ICT solutions through a business centric framework.
