John Phippen is the Head of Managed and Professional Services, having moved from his previous role of Service Line Manager, Technology Deployment and Relocations Gen-i Australia. 

John joined Gen-i in August 2000 as part of the original CBA transition team. He has held a variety of roles including CBA Transition Manager and Colonial Transition Manager.

Prior to joining Gen-i John held a variety of IT&T consulting roles in the CBA and before that, within the Department of Defence - Navy.
