Gen-i’s Solution
Gen-i developed Work@Home, a managed remote working solution that extends the corporate desktop environment to employees working at home. The platform leverages Citrix and Microsoft technologies and incorporates Gen-i’s managed services capability, integrating the required hardware, software and management support.
The Results
Work@Home has made workplace flexibility a reality for call centre staff. Their productivity has improved, turnover and absenteeism has been notably reduced, and it allows for staff to be recruited from anywhere in Australia. At the same time, the client has reduced call centre costs.
