The Challenge
Our financial services client decided to consolidate their call centre and administration staff from eight locations into three yet-to-be-built premises.
We developed a relocation strategy that had at its core the need to modernise technology to support the roles of these staff well into the future.
Gen-i’s Solution
It was essential to extend the existing fibre network so all sites could connect to the client’s Metropolitan Area Network. So Gen-i developed an appropriate strategy based on the deployment of a fully converged enterprise network solution with the ability to support voice, data and telephony, but which also incorporated a new call centre platform.
Results
The program is being delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The transition from one location to another has been seamless. Staff have experienced no access disruptions to their applications and other mission-critical services, ensuring no loss of productivity from being relocated to new locations and from moving onto new ICT technology platforms.
