The Challenge
With network architecture and telephony systems both well beyond their use-by dates, our client needed a partner that could create a solution with, at its core, a new strategic direction for converged network services. It also had to be able to adapt to meet future business demands, address QoS requirements to handle real-time voice traffic, and possess resiliency and redundancy.
Gen-i’s Solution
With the aim of migrating the organisation onto a next generation IP voice and data network, Gen-i planned to create a platform that was cost efficient, stable and easy to deploy and use across multiple sites around the country, with the capacity to adapt as the client’s business requirements evolved.
Results
The project was successfully deployed across 5 sites initially and is being deployed to an additional 25 sites across Australia. Gen-i’s experience in delivering scalable and resilient solutions ensured no disruption to the client’s day-to-day business activities during implementation. A strong strategic platform for future growth and development has been built.
